Mr. Malinoski is an industry advisor for Silverwood Partners with over 25 years of engineering and management experience in the semiconductor industry. He most recently was the General Manager of daVinci Systems, LLC, a designer and manufacturer of color grading hardware and software for motion picture film, video, and broadcast post-production facilities. He previously served as the Vice President and General Manager of Credence Systems Corporation, a manufacturer of automatic test equipment for analog, digital, memory, mixed-signal and wireless semiconductor devices. Mr. Malinoski was also the Vice President and General Manager of Schlumberger Automated Systems, a designer and manufacturer of pick and place robotic handlers for the semiconductor industry. He also has held multiple positions over a ten year period at Advantest America, a designer of innovative electronic measuring equipment and semiconductor test systems essential to the development and manufacture of advanced computer and telecommunications products.

Mr. Malinoski currently has inventorship on six patents and has been published on multiple occasions in the International Test Conference. He holds a B.S.E.E from The University of Pittsburgh.
