Kim Greenfeld is a founder and principal at Campo Verde Solutions, a consulting firm to the organic and natural food industry with a primary focus on private label programs.  Ms. Greenfeld provides expertise in product development, growing innovative private label programs, sales management, marketing, and packaging.  She has over 20 years of product development and private label experience with companies such as Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods where she was responsible for developing and implementing innovative and unique private label programs.  Ms. Greenfeld’s capabilities include product sourcing, pricing negotiations, logistics, regulatory issues, marketing, packaging, and many other aspects surrounding the development of food products and programs.

Ms. Greenfeld is actively involved in the North American and international food industries.  Ms. Greenfeld holds an MBA in marketing from CSULA and an AB degree from Occidental College, and she is fluent in French and Spanish.
