Mr. McCoy is a Managing Director at Silverwood Partners focused on the communications technology, healthcare, and consumer products sectors. Mr. McCoy also leads Silverwood's Valuation Consulting practice. Mr. McCoy has over 15 years of experience executing corporate finance transactions and making private equity investments in technology, healthcare, and consumer products companies. Prior to joining Silverwood, Mr. McCoy was with the Media & Communications Technology Investment Banking Group at First Albany Corporation. Before First Albany, Mr. McCoy was the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Allmerica Financial Corporation, a publicly traded financial services company, responsible for executing corporate strategic transactions and investing in venture capital financings of private companies. Prior to joining Allmerica, Mr. McCoy was a Senior Associate, corporate development, at Wheelabrator Technologies, a publicly traded subsidiary of Waste Management.

Mr. McCoy holds an MBA in Finance from the Wake Forest University Graduate School of Management where he was awarded a Charles H. Babcock scholarship. Mr. McCoy also holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. Mr. McCoy is a Member of the Association of Investment Management and Research and the Boston Security Analysts Society.
