Mr. Nichols is an executive with over 20 years of experience in investment banking, business development, and operational management. Mr. Nichols currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sonian Networks, a technology platform and hosted services company that provides critical IT functions such as archiving, search, compliance, e-discovery, and storage management to organizations throughout the world. Previously, he worked as a senior executive with Dialogic Communications Corporation, a provider of critical messaging systems that was acquired in 2006 by PlantCML, a Golden Gate Capital portfolio company. At Dialogic, Mr. Nichols was a group vice president responsible for developing and executing the market entry strategy for the company’s critical messaging platform. He also has held senior positions at @FAX Corporation, a messaging technology company, McQueen, Inc., a provider of information services to the technology and communications industries, and Courier Corporation, a leading book printing company.
